People who stay on the thread

You will not be passed between anonymous queues. Each guide owns a desk, writes in full sentences, and knows when to bring in a colleague.

Portrait of Mara Ellison

Mara Ellison

Chief Guide

Mara sets the standard for plain-language proposals. She still takes first conversations with families who are replacing several policies at once and wants one person to see the whole picture.

Portrait of Julian Hart

Julian Hart

Health Cover Lead

Julian compares clinic networks, excesses, and waiting periods. He is the person who will tell you when staying on your current plan is wiser than chasing a lower monthly number.

Portrait of Priya Raman

Priya Raman

Travel Protection Lead

Priya builds certificates around real itineraries: study terms, caregiving trips, and holidays with prepaid stays. She flags activity exclusions before anyone boards.

Portrait of Owen Blake

Owen Blake

Claims Companion

Owen turns a stressful inbox into a checklist. He helps clients gather repair quotes, clinic notes, and travel records in the order an insurer can actually read.

Portrait of Sofia Marin

Sofia Marin

Pet & Lifestyle Advisor

Sofia advises on dogs, cats, and the wellness add-ons people forget to ask about. She also reviews home-contents lists when a hobby starts to look like a collection.

Portrait of Caleb Brooks

Caleb Brooks

Client Care Lead

Caleb watches renewal dates and life changes. A new driver, a move, or a new baby lands on his desk so the policy is updated before the old one quietly expires.

How we hire and how we help

Every guide spends their first season rewriting sample policies until a colleague outside the industry can explain them back. We hire for patience and writing, then teach the product detail. A polished pitch is less useful to you than a careful question.

If you write to us, the reply will name the person who owns your note. If they need Julian for a health waiting period or Priya for a long trip, they will say so and stay copied on the thread.
